Who We Are

After graduation from Miami University, Josh Wood opened an art and antiques business in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis. His education in the humanities and European study tours influenced the shop’s eclectic selection of decorative objects, fine art and furnishings.

Striking an early balance between classic and progressive styles, Josh also managed a store specializing in contemporary furniture and design. His creative experience expanded into the realm of visual display, and in this capacity he was soon back in central Ohio working for a preeminent national retailer. For this and other corporate clients, he designed product displays and interior space solutions in Chicago, Florida, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas and other flagship store locations.

In recent years, Josh has shifted his focus from retail to residential interior design and construction. Drawn to the challenges and rewards of historic architecture, Josh began developing single-family properties in Italian Village and Victorian Village. His sensitivity to preserving the integrity of Columbus’s built environment while revitalizing its forms soon brought Josh to the attention of community leaders, and he has been appointed to a number of neighborhood architectural review commissions and cultural foundations. His strength and passion lie in interior space design and residential construction, as evidenced by high-profile projects in Columbus, New Albany, St. Louis and New York City.
